High-Efficiency Cooling

Mini-Splits are designed to provide efficient cooling for individual rooms or specific areas.

Unlike conventional cooling systems, mini-split systems focus only on a designated area, reducing energy consumption. They are aesthetically pleasing and energy-efficient, making them a great option for small rooms and apartments where expansion or installation may be limited.

Like central systems, mini-split air conditioners have two main components: an outdoor compressor/condenser and an indoor air-handling unit (evaporator).

  Even in Dry mode, it reduces humidity in the air without significantly changing the area’s temperature.

Includes Basic Installation

• The residence must have "220 Volts" within 5 feet.
• Basic installation of the condenser on existing electrical facilities, up to a maximum of 12 feet.
• Insulated and exposed connection piping.
• Condenser brackets with 2” x 2” rubber supports.
• Basic sealing for pipe perforations.
• Basic drainage installation on existing facilities, up to a maximum of 10 feet.
• Certification seal cancellation from the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians’ Association.
